Health and Well-being campaign

The task

In 2022, ORES conducted an internal survey to assess the overall well-being of its 2700 employees. The results highlighted a significant concern: a deterioration in the "need for recovery." This concept refers to the degree of mental fatigue related to work, manifesting as difficulty relaxing after a workday, feelings of exhaustion, and concentration problems.

In response to these findings, ORES felt the need to launch an internal communication campaign focused on the need for recovery. The primary goal was to encourage employees to adopt new behaviors to better manage their time and that of their colleagues.

The solution

ORES issued a call for proposals, and Absolute Agency responded successfully. Our proposal consisted of several strategic phases. First, a teasing phase aimed to engage both administrative employees and field technicians. To achieve this, we created impactful visuals in collaboration with ORES employees to strengthen the emotional connection. We designed a plexiglass cube illustrating the pressure and mental fatigue experienced in the various roles at ORES. ORES employees took place inside the cube, depicting their work and caricaturing overwork. Before conducting the actual photo shoot, we used AI to create test visuals and get client approval. These visuals were displayed on screens in various ORES centers and on the intranet.

Next, the activation phase came to life in the ORES centers. For three mornings, an actor took place inside the plexiglass cube, portraying different roles and simulating the daily challenges and pressure faced. This immersive approach sparked numerous discussions among employees on this sensitive topic.

Finally, the consolidation phase took the form of a series of four podcasts. Experts shared practical advice on how to avoid extreme fatigue and improve stress management.

The campaign successfully captured the employees' attention and initiated essential conversations about stress and mental fatigue management. Through an innovative and engaging approach, we helped ORES raise awareness among its employees and encourage them to adopt healthier practices.
