AG Residential, the renowned property promotor of AG Residential (AGEAS), wanted to reposition their brand by creating a visual identity that is coherent with the premium projects they manage. Since we’ve worked with them on numerous projects, we were their most trusted choice to guide them in the design process.
Because AG Residential wanted to put their premium positioning in the spotlight, we decided to steer away from their original green colours and opted for more sober colours, reminiscent of classy interior designs. These colours were used to change the colour scheme of their website, as well. For the font, we opted in a similar fashion for more elegant, yet modern typography. The visual identity we designed, inspired the creation of the corporate brochure and a premium folder. Of course, we had great fun choosing a premium paper quality that was just right for these publications.
