01 | To begin with, you’ll have understood that using video in your recruitment process means putting your ads in the spotlight and boosting your visibility. 02 | The 2nd reason, and this is key I believe, is that these videos will clearly give your company a human touch.

In general, the subjects of the videos are humans (unless you’re doing pure motion design), so it’s the perfect opportunity to give potential employees a behind-the-scenes look at your brand, offering them a glimpse of your workforce going about their daily business.

This will create a sense of feeling close to the men and women in your company, and (why not) trigger the desire to join them 🤓

03 | 3rd reason: as you know, the hiring process starts as soon as the applicant spots your ad. So, it’s essential to gain the trust of your target audience, by helping them to really visualise your recruitment policy. This will greatly improve their applicant experience …

04 | The 4th reason is more fact-based… you’re going to receive more applications: yes, according to Career Builder, ads with video receive 34% more applications. This will increase your chances of finding that hidden gem!

05 | And of course more applications means a faster recruitment process! That’s simply how it works, and these are our 5 reasons that should convince you!

Therefore, knowing all this and understanding that in 2025 millennials will represent 75% of the working population, shall we get started?

If so, great. But there’s no denying it, this is when the actual work begins… analysing and strategizing.

But what are we going to say in these videos, what’s the right format, who’s going to put their face on camera, what will the call to action be, and where are we going to show these videos?
