Internal communication in 2020

Hello everyone and welcome to this new Podcast concept that takes a closer look at internal company communication.

I’m Hélène Renaud, and 15 years ago I set up a communication agency called Absolute Agency, together with Arnaud Buffet.

Absolute Agency is a small team of about ten people, and we’ve always had a particular affinity with internal communication.

I think this affinity can be explained by the special interest we take as managers in our staff.

At Absolute Agency, everything is done for the well-being of our wonderful colleagues… and even though we may come across as a little warm and fuzzy … what really matters, more than money is people.

I did warn you about the warm fuzzies! 🙂

But anyway, given our special affection for people, we are naturally delighted when a client entrusts us with its internal communication. Because for us, when a company cares so much about its internal communication, it means that it’s thinking a lot about its employees’ interests.

We’re recording this in November 2020, but for those listening to this episode in the future, you’ll all no doubt know how tough 2020 was for companies…

For companies, and also for managers, employees and human beings in general.

2020 will forever remain synonymous with evolution, change and adaptation not always well received with the changes representing an upheaval for many… but 2020 has also had its positive sides.

From both an ecological and a human point of view with all the progress we’ve made in the work environment and normally through capillary action in company communication with employees.

In this new podcast concept, we’re therefore going to focus on internal company communication during this period of change.

And now that this little intro is done, I’ll see you soon for another episode!
